In a small fishing village of Noyo, Johnny Eagle (Anthony Pena) is completely against the idea to construct a new salmon cannery. When Noyo's annual salmon festival is being celebrated in the village, their hellish nightmare begins when fish like creatures attack the villagers. Together with a fisherman named Jim Hill (Doug McClure), they both joined forces with the help of Dr. Susan Drake (Ann Turkel), a marine biologist who works for Canco company. An experiment she thought she had perfected from the company’s new technique that enables salmon to mutate its population at a rapid rate, twice the time have turned into monstrous humanoid vicious creatures that are now endangering the lives of the people in the village.
