Attorney Harris McKay (Dominic Purcell), good-looker Kira Hasting (Josie Maran), McKay’s girlfriend from before his marriage to Allison (Clare Kramer), and their smart aleck buddy Sid Vance (Marcus Thomas) find themselves in a graveyard after burying a mutual friend. They get drunk and do some stupid things including dancing on graves and otherwise being disrespectful of the dead. Unfortunately they picked some unpleasant folks to desecrate and end up being hounded by the ghosts of an ax-toting piano teacher, a kid who liked fire too much, and a judge who was a very bad boy. Allison didn't desecrate anything. She just thinks Kira wants to be the other woman but ends up getting involved in the supernatural fun. Ghost hunters Vincent (Tchéky Karyo) and Culpepper (Megahn Perry) try to prove the hauntings are real and end up getting their own share of unpleasant attention from the ghosts.
