In a movie directed by Allison Anders, Alexandre Rockwell, Robert Rodriguez, and Quentin Tarantino, a night in the life of a bellhop at an upscale hotel is chronicled. The night is New Year's Eve, and it just happens to be Ted's (Tim Roth) first night on the job as well. The first thing he runs in to is Madonna, who is part of a coven of witches trying to work up a potion and needing his help for some ingredients. Next he runs in to a husband and wife (Jennifer Beals) engaged in a sexual fantasy, and becomes a part of it before managing to escape. He is then called upon by a man (Antonio Banderas) who pays him to watch over his two misbehaving children for the night. Lastly he enters the room of Chester Rush (Quentin Tarantino) with a room service request and ends up involved in a crazy bet between Chester and his friend. In the end he survives all of the night's craziness with a smile.
